Hi, I’m Tara LaNATTI.
I’ve been a mentor and coach for over 12 years and have loved every minute of it. I started my career by working with adolescent and teen athletes. I quickly began to realize we were addressing so much more than sports psychology; we were addressing, and working through, all the complexities of growing up and the growing pains of the human experience. This led me to broaden my knowledge by pursuing a Masters degree in Clinical Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy as well as becoming certified in Trauma Counseling and Neurolinguistic Programing.
Although I believe education is important, I believe true life experience is comparable. Shortly after having my beautiful daughter, my own childhood adversities and traumas came to the surface. I was faced with a new set of triggers, and a deeper awareness of how my patterns and actions as an adult have been largely influenced by my childhood experiences. I wanted to be the best mother I could be, so I dove deep into personal development. I found an incredible Life Coach, learned life changing techniques, and began to heal my past.
My coaching program is a union of my own inner-work, education, and my years of professional experience. My passion and love for guiding and coaching others is unmatched. I believe that I was put here on this Earth to shine light on others so they can see for themselves how beautiful they are and what they are capable of.
My Approach
My coaching program is structured to address and heal the past, so you start to thrive. Together we will find what is holding you back, and work on tangible tools to move you forward with love and compassion as your companion along the way. Although there is a structure and framework to the program, we will go at your pace and each step will be personalized to fit your specific needs.
Who do I work with?
My experience has been with athletes, adolescents, teens in crisis, young adults struggling with mental illness, new mothers, as well as individuals in recovery from substance abuse. I work with anyone who is willing and eager to build self awareness, confront their struggles with compassion, and who is ready to be accountable for their lives.
Why ‘integrating you’?
I chose the name ‘Integrating You’ based on the processes I have gone through with my clients. Each time we would work together, the theme would always come back to integration. Integrating your current self, and your tender childhood self. As my clients would move through my program, the more integrated they became with these two parts of them, and in turn the more healing and growth would occur. It was only fitting that Integrating You were the words I would choose to represent my mission.
